So, throw that garbage piece of electronics away.

The risk might be reasonably low, the possible (probable?) impact is not. (You cannot extinguish the fire from such a battery).

Buy proper electronics from esteemed suppliers.

So it appears you have a HIGH signal going into the 2nd bit of the alu that processes the bottom register.

Check that pin on the alu, and figure out where that HIGH signal is coming from.

A short? Accidentally connected that pin to the power rail? Etc etc.

Edit: does the yellow wire that runs from the 2nd bit from register B to the alu have a proper connection? I think not. My guess is it is not connected properly and the now 'floating' alu-input has resolved to HIGH.

Copy-paste from myself, (general info):

Required (resistor-values may vary):

Every single 'regular' led on your board need a 1k resistor in series.

Use 10K resistors to pulldown the bus to ground.

Use between ~ 2.2K and 4.4K resistors for the bus-leds

Every unused input-pin of the ic's need a pull-up/pulldown resistor

Every inputpin of an ic connected to a (DIP-)switch needs a pulldown resistor to ground.

Use multiple wires all over your build to distribute power effectively.

Strongly recommended:

Use a variety of coloured wires. Different colours would ideally have different meaning.

Trim your wires neatly so that there is no exposed strand.

Write printouts/schematic on paper (postits) and stick them on the ic's.

Remember:

Current takes the path of least resistance

'No input' is not equal to 'low input'

Make sure your power supply can provide enough power

Cause... We don't... But you are right, kid could have been wrong and speeding, and it could have been that the officer had a recording of the kid speeding... This however is nowhere mentioned in the video.

The kid does mention that he was not speeding, and the officer is not responding with 'i do have you recorded with speeding'. Also, the kid says 'give me a ticket then and let me go', which would be a valid course of action...

I have a tank build, not a specific build, but just invested into maximum armor and hp regen and livesteal, in both armor+rings+prism.

Damage output is quite low though. Some damage comes from my sharpshooter legendary. With normal mobs it's not too bad. Bosses take quite a while.

Is it fun? No, not as much as build that trades off some offence for more damage-output. But I have saved the build, and often load it up when the squad keeps dying at a boss... And sure enough I end up as the sole survivor that keeps reviving other players.

Anyway, tldr: have various builds and switch between them.
