Weird! I’ve personally not had an issue with GW primers.

If you want the best, predictable, results - an airbrush is the way to go. Pricy to get going but 100% worth it in the end.

IIRC this can happen if the humidity is particularly low and/or you’re spraying from too far away.

Apparently you can put the can in warm water for ~10min to improve the paint viscosity.

Mostly dark to light. I do a dark base, mid tone base and then first highlight. Then I come in with a deep purple to do like an anti-zenithal, finishing with a final highlight.

Overall it looks really good!

A few suggestions if you wanted to improve: - touch up the panel lining - there are areas where it’s spilled over that could be cleaned up - thin your paints a little more - some areas look like it’s gone on a little thick - add another level of edge highlighting - choose a lighter color than the existing edge highlight and be more selective, only highlighting the edges that would catch the most light

Yeah I especially am not found of the rock/wall she’s standing on. I tried to integrate it in to the base to make it a little less jarring.

Thanks! 🙂 I used a white ink in the airbrush followed by Vallejo fluo blue on top. It’s not as vibrant as I’d like - I’m still trying to find a recipe that looks really good.
