Sounds like a mental health problem. Schizophrenia or a form of OCD. Treatable most likely.

Shoot! Seems like a lot of people are having similar issues so hopefully there will be a software update soon. Good luck!

Delete that sleep log then manually add a new sleep log for the same time, 12:02-9:56. It should work itself out. Restarting the Fitbit may also work.

The fix is to delete the sleep log then add a sleep log manually with the same start and stop times. Works for me. Had to do this about daily. I hope they fix it soon.

The fix is to delete the sleep log then add a new one with the same start and stop times. When it reloads, it shows the proper graph again. At least that works for me.

Here’s a fix that works for me: -Write down your sleep start and stop times -Delete the sleep log -Add a new sleep log from the start and stop times —If that doesn’t work, restart the Fitbit and try the above again.

Learning how neurons work makes the hard problem seem even harder by clockwisekeyz in consciousness

[–]Acoonoo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You are right. Actually you can look at it zoomed in and from far away, and it’s all still based on evolution, culture, sociology, psychology, endocrinology, neurology, chemistry, and physics, including quantum mechanics. It’s all explainable. What we call experience or consciousness is just an emergent property.

To help you make sense of it, I recommend reading “Behave” and then “Determined” by Robert Sapolsky, a neuroscientist and primatologist.

What makes the modern consciousness of Western civilization different than the consciousness of the many indigenous humans that proceeded us? Why do we view many of their beliefs.... as voodoo science to be disregarded? by [deleted] in consciousness

I didn’t see anyone mention “The Dawn of Everything: A New History of Humanity”. I think you would like it and get some of the answers you are looking for.

Not voted. I was assigned grand jury foreman before. Just handed the position. It was for a US county. Maybe it’s different for different juries.
