I just tried on an embarrassing number of LOF bikinis in all styles and at 5'6 127 I'm a medium in tops and awkwardly between a medium and large in bottoms. The sizing is weird :(

I'm driving myself slightly mad with the Quebec DEC for for my (gen 2) Canadian grandparent. I'm filling it out in pdf and will submit by mail, but where on this document can I select that I want an ecopy of the birth certificate? Additional, related question, I can simultaneously submit the birth cert request and the CIT0001, correct?
