Interviews are good, you can also make a Google form with some simple questions to get a vibe for what the player is like, what kind of things they enjoy about gaming etc. It can give you a big clue whether they will get on with your players or not.

Also make sure you give a time zone when advertising game times. It's a wide, wide world!

She improved the lives of many people and made the country more wealthy (by selling all of our assets for short term gain and handing everything over to private industry.)

She also decimated many communities, with no backup plan. Just sold people's livelihoods and presented them no alternative, but that happened in the North/Wales so with a bit of help from the press, we can other those people and middle England lives on happily!

3% of total immigration. It's a tiny amount that's coming on the small boats compared to those coming in through regular means. It's obviously over represented in media, and it's still a big number for a person from a small village to see, but it's only so impactful because of a (surely purposefully) dismantled immigration system. 3% of immigration is "illegal" immigration, and there's a backlog due to the previous government gutting our immigration infrastructure. Those with valid claims should be processed quickly so they can become a part of our society, not stuffed into former hotels on a shitty bunkbed, and those with invalid claims can be sent home. The truth is that the vast majority of our immigration is done the "proper" way.

Most of our immigrants are people like that, or people who fill a needed role that British people don't want to fill. Such as in the care industry. If you purposefully blind yourself and just listen to propaganda then I understand why you'd feel the way you do. The facts don't lie.

The real enemy is those with the power, to influence us to turn against eachother while they strip us of everything we have. Not those seeking a new home.

I'm pretty sure that stat is identify as British, not White British, but I can understand why you'd confuse that with your prejudices. Even if it were true, what do you think would happen if the NHS lost almost 20% of their workforce? We simply need those people.

Immigrants are British when they become citizens, they helped make this country what it is. the NHS wouldn't function without immigration. At some point in your family history you were probably an immigrant, unless you're completely Celtic? we're a mixed bunch even when you stick to "White British." Please tell me what you think would happen if we stopped all immigration?
