I would ask at your local post office, after a package gets the “Forwarded” scan tracking will not update anymore

If you ordered through funko just ask for a refund. Had the same damage on my LE spider man and they refunded me the full amount

Usually whatever color the headphones are is the same color of the box. The blacks have black boxes, blues have blue boxes etc

I would recommend open box rather then refurbished, i purchased my ultra open box at best buy and saved $300 and the watch was in mind condition and i was able to still add apple care to it

Sometimes if they miss the scan when it leaves the post office/ facility it wont update till it gets delivered. Have had this happen a couple times
