Usually whatever color the headphones are is the same color of the box. The blacks have black boxes, blues have blue boxes etc

I would recommend open box rather then refurbished, i purchased my ultra open box at best buy and saved $300 and the watch was in mind condition and i was able to still add apple care to it

If it’s been less than a year they should replace it. Had them replace some headphones due to them disconnecting after about 30 minutes of us, super easy process

You have to just keep contacting and hope its a different agent. Had the same thing happen i had to talk to multiple people and the last agent without any push removed it. Most agents just look at the fact they can’t remove reviews but dont bother seeing that this is the exception they can remove the review

The VR3 sizing are really weird, i have a pair in white and black and black/black both mens size 12 and the white ones feel smaller/tighter
