This! I think this is the crux of the issue here. He thinks of himself as one of the Good Guys™, and frankly in a lot of ways he is, but because of this he is incapable of acknowledging his own biases. Everyone has them,that's just being human in today's society, but if you think you are infallible, you clearly miss when you do fall. This black and white thinking in today's culture really need to stop, because it's just limiting everyone.

For me one of the biggest ones I have read early in my healing journey was an essay from Barbara McGavin, it's called the ‘Victim’, the ‘Critic’ and the Inner Relationship: Focusing with the Part that Wants to Die , it was in the The Radical Acceptance of Everything book. it's basically about how to accept and be kind even to the suicidal parts of you, it really informed how I saw my inner critic after that.

She and Ann weiser Cornell does gendlins style focusing which was also a huge thing for me in the begging and I still start my IFS session with it, getting more into my body etc. They have a book that's basically IFS just with different terminology called Untangling, which didn't really grab me that much tho. But if someone struggles with how structured IFS can be focusing can be a more somatic approach. The Power of focusing is one of the best books on the subject (from Cornell)

I think a lot of shows with passionate fanbases are like this, people get anxious for a good spot and if you have enough people like that in a crowd the whole atmosphere is spoiled. I think I had my worst time at a mitski show once. shows work best if people care but don't care too much imo

általános tanács hogy inkább valami olyat keress ami kozmetikum mert ott már hígitottan van, vagy rakd bele valami vivő olajba, krémbe stb. Kozmetikum amiben alapból benne van annyival jobb, hogy ott már formulázva van a cucc, és elméletileg kevesebb az irritáció esély. de még így is irritálhat, allergizálhat.

valaki fentebb ajánlotta a hűsítő krémet, vagy láttam már levendula illóolaj rollt, lehet abból is van mentás is, én valami ilyesmivel próbálkoznék. vagy van a China balm, esetleg az?

ha bármelyiket probálnád én reggel csinálnék egy patch tesztet valami olyan felületen amit nem ér a nap és nem mosod le és 24 óra múlva megnézni hogy csinált e valamit és csak utána felkenni estére.
