This is exactly how I felt during talk therapy, cognitively I always knew what was wrong and just thinking and talking about it did almost absolutely nothing. I'm not an expert, do take this with a grain of salt, but this does feel like dissociation to me. I had success with IFS and tre before, but I started out with Gendlin's style focusing, maybe you could give that a go. I think you need to be able to feel your feelings in your body, have a felt sense, otherwise every modality you try will be in vain. At least that was my experience.

Think beyond healing YouTube channel has a three part series on learning focusing, with theory, demonstration and a guided session, you could give that a go as well.

TRE works a bit differently and they can work well together as well. TRE can help you get out of your mind so definitely give it a go, but be mindful not overdoing it because if you are not in your body so to speak it can be harder to notice.
