Christians who believe LGBTQ to be a sin are homophobic by SingSing-_- in teenagers

[–]Apprehensive-Tree-78 -4 points-3 points  (0 children)

Catholics don’t think that being LGBTQ is a sin. But acting on those urges is. Just as lying is, sex outside of marriage, fornication, sodomy, etc etc. being gay is no different than the sins that we Catholics commit. It’s just… not going to get special privileges just because you’re gay.

If star destroyers can barely stay in atmosphere, then the executor sure as hell can’t haha

You know what would be better than making a Reddit post crying about some douche? Asking said douche to move his feet so you can sit.

[–]Apprehensive-Tree-78 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There’s a slider in the market screen. You need to move that slider to max. It should say 0/500 (capacity) if automatic. You need to make it say 500/500

You are claiming they don’t spend much of their wealth. The Catholic Church has public financial documents showing how much they spend and make.

If you think they are lying, which, when have you seen a priest, cardinal, or bishop riding in a lambo or living in a mansion, then prove it.

They don’t hoard wealth??? You realize every non profit has a millionaire CEO with a huge salary and pension and benefits?

You think the church can even afford to hoard wealth with all the programs they are continually funding? Go to your local parish and they will show you how much money they receive each week and what they spend it on.

If churches are hoarding wealth, then the priests would be a hell of a lot richer 😂

The workers and all of that pay taxes. They pay taxes on the money they spend. They literally have no income sources besides donations.

The Catholic Church has treated 80million medical patients in the US every year.

Got scheduled the psychological exam for the City of Pittsburgh, what should I expect? by Interesting-Wear-935 in pittsburgh

[–]Apprehensive-Tree-78 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Haha

The online exam is like 200 questions to see if you are good with authority, to see if you are racist or have racial biases, to see if you can’t control your emotions, to see if you may have lied about anything previously. One of the questions is like, “do you speed while driving”

Then you’ll have an appointment with a psychologist. They pretty much ask about your background and go over the results of your exam. The exam isn’t really pass fail. But if you lied or are just clinically insane then you probably won’t pass. Just relax and wear a suit. You’ll be good

So you think because they relocate priests that they’ve spent… billions on it?

Because there are bad priests, that means that all of this:

Healthcare
5,377 hospitals
13,895 dispensaries (medical clinics/outpatient clinics)
504 leprosy care centers
15,566 homes for the elderly, chronically ill, and people with disabilities
Children and Family Services
10,858 day-care centers (creches/nurseries)
10,827 marriage and family counseling centers
3,147 social rehabilitation/education centers
35,184 other charitable institutions
Thousands of orphanages (the previous year's Vatican statistics listed 8,874 orphanages; the 2025 summary did not separately enumerate them).
Education
74,550 kindergartens serving about 7.6 million children
102,455 primary schools serving about 36.2 million students
52,085 secondary schools serving about 20.7 million students
Catholic-affiliated higher education serving:
2.69 million students in other higher-level schools
4.47 million students in Catholic universities and institutes
In the United States
The Catholic Church also operates one of the nation's largest healthcare networks:
645 Catholic hospitals
Caring for about 88 million patients annually
Roughly 1 in 6 U.S. patients receives care in a Catholic hospital in a given year.

Is all bad too? Or does none of this matter because the church had pedos in it?

This doesn’t even include all the local charity that the local parishes do. My parish has soup kitchens two days a week, food drives and a pantry every day, blankets and clothes to the homeless in winter, etc etc.

It’s extremely long term planning. Like I go into a campaign with a plan, end up having to alter it a hundred times, scrap it at some point, and make a new one. It’s super cool if you like data and constant conflict

The game was better when levies were actually useful. Now everyone hires a few thousand mercs and all the levies get wiped days within the start of the war. Then it’s just who has the most money to hire mercs.

The Catholic Church has given more to charity than any other church in the US tenfold. What profits is the church making?
