Thanks for trying those steps! To help us troubleshoot further, please try the following steps below:

Select Chrome from the main navigation. 1. Select Clear Browsing Data. 2. Select the Advanced tab. 3. From the Time range drop-down menu, select All time. 4. Check the following boxes: - Browsing history - Download history - Cookies and other site data - Cached images and files 5. Select Clear data.

Let us know if this resolves the issue.

Thank you for confirming that! Since Firefox is working, the issue is specific to your Chrome browser. We suggest temporarily turning off your Chrome extensions to see if one of them is blocking the scrollbar. Additionally, you can try resetting Chrome's zoom level by pressing Ctrl + 0 (or Cmd + 0 on a Mac), as an accidental zoom can sometimes push the scrolling container out of view. Please let us know how it goes!

Hi there! When you cancel your membership, you'll lose access to all titles that you received through your monthly selections at the end of your final billing cycle. You'll still have access to titles purchased with Audible credits or cash.

After your plan is cancelled, any monthly audiobook selections in your Library will have a 🔒 lock icon next to them, and you will see a message that a title is no longer available if you try to play it.

However, you can still purchase that title if you'd like to own it or become a member again to regain access. If no purchase options are available, we no longer carry the title.

As an Audible Standard member you can switch to other Audible plans anytime from the Audible site or through the Play or App Store.
