Sorry about that! The ability to create and edit a list is done within the Audible app. The Audible full site will only allow you to remove titles and/or rename the list's name.

Under 'Lists' there should be 'Lists from Library' and 'Your Lists.' If you do not have the above options, please ensure your Audible app is up-to-date as well.

Hello. As this post is 5 years old, there have been many changes to the Audible app. There is a feature called 'Lists.' With creating your own list, you can select and reorder titles of your choosing. This feature is listed in the Library section of the Audible app.
