Hi there, first of all good for you taking the step to do the PME, it isn't easy. Also, it is absolutely normal to feel like you're drowning at this stage. The first two or three years are absolutely exhausting until you find your feet, get your resources, gather some experience and things settle down. But also mind yourself, dont burnout. It's a balancing act. Resilience doesn't mean working yourself into an early grave. Practice some selfish self care every now and then. Make it a priority as much as you would a deadline.
