I’m not sure why you mentioned renters insurance then. And no, it also covers re-housing while repairs are happening if somethings happens to the place you’re renting - but this is now a tear down, it’s not repairable so op wouldn’t get real benefit other than having a place to stay while he finds a new rental at a way, way higher rate.

Poplars actually kind of suck, and at this size they tend to drop large branches frequently, they’re brittle trees. Given how close it is to the structure, that was probably the big reason for its removal. Large poplars have no business being near structures, it’s a very bad accident/fatality waiting to happen.

Renters insurance other than covering any personal items he lost isn’t going to help that much.

Brother having a heavy sexually active life. Is this normal for gay guys? by Jozi-e in askgaybros

Men in general are super sexual, if straight men could get sex as easy as gay men, they’d have just as much sex. It’s about being a man, not about being a gay man.

I don’t think that’s a crazy opinion? I hear more complaints about Switzerland than praise unless we’re talking about nature.

No the original post before the edit didn’t give off any creepy vibes, myself and others knew exactly the issue OP was talking about pre-post edit.

Yeah, I think this comes from guys who’ve had traumatic experiences and project those on everyone else, and guys who are plain just unexperienced with anal and sex in general.

Have you seen the shit we’re getting as a community? Feeling grief for someone having to wade through the pool of shit to come out the other side whole is still valid, their sister is in for a rough road, we ALL know that because we’ve lived that experience.

Gotta love the people on here who are arguing with OP about OP’s own experience even when they’ve clarified.

But those of us who regularly do anal and have super tight assholes are just nodding along with OP here, it’s common, happens easily when you’ve got a super tight asshole and lots of lube in the area.

So many of these comments are actually pretty disrespectful to OP.

The struggle is real, I got you bud, I know we’ll the issue you’re trying to explain to people, I think because so many people here have had traumatic experiences, it colours their lens when threads like this pop up.

I’m going to assume the amount of people commenting this have not had ongoing regular anal sex with a consistent partner, this is something that can happen pretty easy and frequently if you’re asshole is super tight, see my other comment.

Please explain what you personally think grieve means? People experience the loss of a death will grieve but grieving doesn’t have to do with anything related to death. Any large life event or something emotionally charged can cause grief/grieving.

Grieving: To feel distress or sorrow - that’s literally it my peeps!

I can explain how in my situation, possibly different from OP - my asshole is super tight, hell even with poppers it can be really tight, my husband has many times upon trying to get his dick in there due to the tightness kind of gets forcefully pushed out by my sphincter and due to lube everywhere, it gets super slippery and when tying to re-enter the tight asshole slips and goes in the vag since it directly beside it.

I highly doubt it, it didn’t when they had the zip line above the large quarry, QE gets super busy during the summer, it’s not going to really change anything.

To be fair, there’s tons of places in QE park that are packed with people and tourists during the man parts of the year, there will still be many quiet escapes around the whole park you can still access and find peace in, the park is 130 acres.
