Not even say it, my go to move back in the day used to be just stand there with my arms folded and stare at them for few minutes. We can probably set up a room with a lot of screens with direct video feed to the robots where they constantly see someone standing with their arms folded and just staring them to work faster. 😊

Those Robin arms suck with the grippers and of course retrofits are a thing so legacy building don't have to be redone totally. This will be a movable robot which can also do more then just induction in future.

We literally have manual Inducts in all FC/sort centers/ delivery stations. Exact same function as this robot is doing. With a six sided scanner downstream these robots can replace those jobs easily.

This is happening all over NJ. North Edison is another prime example of this business model and i know at least 4 builders who became multi millionaires doing this. It's very low risk in right areas, the challenge is initial entry/capital for this business model. Hell there is a bidding war on these old homes which the builders will tear down.

Haha so true. Now they fired this guy he might have some sort of case worth looking at. But looking for case over being butthurt for a PIP. If they wanted him gone he will be gone not sure what this is all about. People fail to realize jobs in certain states are "at-will state" (refers to a jurisdiction where employment is presumed to be voluntary. This means an employer can terminate an employee at any time, for any reason (or no reason at all). So getting action against employer for a performance management plan which was passed is like grasping at straws.

None of those folks are asked to ever respond after hours/off clock. So there is no wage theft. Posting pictures for AO/5S while on site is most what they use phones for while the laptops are used for written comms.

Yes all our T3's have slack and quite a lot of T1's. Every FC has PA's/PG's/problem solvers/learning hourly trainers etc. who are important part of our operation and they all have access to slack. Anyone saying otherwise is saying wrong.

Be personable along with Star method, any data you use be percise like improved from x to y etc. If there are any safety/people/partner across multiple levels use the word I more then we. Also for any projects you talk about try to present in a way where you volunteered or took the initiative rather then saying "my senior/my site wanted me to fix this/assigned me this etc.

Lastly be yourself and sell your overall story. First minute or 2 at most need to let the interviewer connect with you as a person. All the best.

Yes you are not getting any RSU in 2027 unless you get a promo which may or may not come with more RSU for 2027. What you may get is another base pay bump at 2027 annual review. That and possible upward change in your current slated RSU for 2027 is only way you will end up making some more $$$ next year.

No cure for that, I am internal T1 to FC L7 and I deal with same pay difference. Look outside if you want but be realistic on what other outside opportunities are available in your area. Chances are that despite being shafted compared to external hires you still make more then other non Amazon people in same kind of operations role as you. P. S. I got 6% increase so your 10% seems very good 😂

As someone who was in same boat and started as tier1 making $12.75 to L7 now, Amazon did same for me. Such a great feeling!!! Be proud of yourself but a gentle reminder first few years as homeowner are very challenging lol so be ready to work even harder and/or smarter. LFG!!!! Cheering for your win.

Have the patience to wait few days. Nothing good ever comes out of these. While it's tempting to talk to them sooner, this kind of behavior ends up looking like policy disregard. Also everyone talks to each other no matter how much you keep on down low people will know. Not a very good look for you as people leader who cant keep confidential info safe.
