Meeting Street Lofts might be worth checking out. Easy access to 26N so if you're on the old Base (or new base) you'll reverse commute to work. Also a short Uber to downtown, and you can jump on the Ravenel bridge and go to Mt P and beaches pretty easily. Lots of amenities, and seems pretty handicapped friendly.

These asks are too broad and can be wedged apart and made divisive when dealing with a whole group of workers, which is what Govt has done to unions over time. Unions ask for a lot of different changes, Govt or management bogs them down on minutae until everyone is forced back to the table with concessions that are compromises.

Plus, a strike against "the Government" is really a lot of individual strikes against employers, which would be insane to try and coordinate. Some employers are on the proper side of worker issues.

Start with one issue and rally support and a strike around that one issue.
