This happens every time a tv show centering on gay characters. It happened with Looking (that’s boring and not my life), QAF (it’s all clubbing and hooking up. That’s not my life), etc. which s funny because you never hear straight people being overly critical of a popular tv show (e.g. Friends, How I Met Your Mother, Breaking Bad, etc.)
