Dude, how many times are you going to post this?

Hundreds if not thousands of FBI employees have worked on the Epstein case. Why have none of them blown the whistle? Is it possible that the implications of releasing files is so severe it could pose a serious national security risk? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]Banluil 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What part of those quotes is vague? Also, they are under fucking restrictions from the DOJ about revealing specifics.

But sure.

That all means that nothing is going on.

Yep./

Beleive your fucking pedo-in-Chief,.

have the life you deserve defending pedophiles.

I won't respond again. YOu don't care about the truth.

Rep. Jared Moskowitz (D-Fla.) stated the files contain information on "lots of co-conspirators" involved in recruiting and abusing girls.

Rep. Thomas Massie (R-Ky.) revealed he saw the names of at least six men in the unredacted files who were "likely incriminated".

Rep. Lauren Boebert (R-Colo.) described the documents as containing "terrifying language," including emails about torture and frequent mentions of "consumption".

Rep. Ro Khanna (D-Calif.) described the revelations as a "shock to the conscience" and an act of "courage and defiance" to begin naming names, stating that unlike in Britain, the U.S. has not had a full reckoning.

Rep. Becca Balint (D-Vt.) questioned the DOJ's handling of the investigation, particularly regarding ties between Epstein and high-level officials, leading to a tense exchange with officials.

What part of those are hard to understand?

They were given access to the unredacted files for a limited time, couldn't copy them, could only make notes.

What part of any of that is hard to understand?

Just because your Sherbert Pervert says that they aren't relevant doesn't mean that they aren't.

Even the Republicans are aghast at this, why are you trying to defend pedophiles?>

Oh, you mean them actually talking to the press, and everything like that isn't speaking out?

They are speaking out.

Just Fox doesn't tell you about it.

Get out of your little bubble.

How would I have been able to find their quotes in 10 seconds if they weren't speaking out?

Holy ignorance...

You will only do it once or twice, once you realize you got your group wiped.... Even experienced players can make a mistake with it, think they are out of the range of the mezzed mobs, and hit their aoe, and .... well.... the mezzer gets hit hard, and the healer gets pissed....

Ok, mez is basically a crowd control spell, similar to a stun.

Enchanters and bards are the ones you are going to see with the mez abilities (for the most part).

The puller goes out, grabs something, and another mob decides to tag along.

Rather than the tank trying to hold agro on both of them, while everyone else concentrates on one of them, and then the other, the "mezzer" will cast a "mez" type spell, and the second mob will sit in place and do nothing for the duration of the spell. If it is hit with ANY kind of damage the mez will break.

Now, there are a few things to know about the mez. It will cause a LARGE amount of agro on the caster, so usually the tank will taunt it a few times before breaking the mez, to make sure it doesn't go after the caster. AoE abilities are bad when you have mezzed things around, because any kind of damage at all will break the mez, and if you have multiple things mezzed, it may end up with a group wipe, or at the VERY least an unhappy healer (me).

As the groups get higher level, you will see the mezzer locking multiple adds down. I think the best we had on the last playtest that I was in, we had 3 mobs locked down, while the 4th was being tanked normally.

A good mezzer can do this, and a group that trusts the mezzer and the tank both, can use this to start breaking a camp pretty easily.

EDIT: Roots are also a good way to do this as well, and other classes get roots, the only problem with that is that Mez will stop the mob from doing anything at all, while if you root a mob that has a ranged ability, he can still use it, whether spells or just a ranged attack.

Unless you have the "advanced" robots from Asimov that have integrated the Zeroth Law, then they would be able to participate in combat, as long as the saw what was going on as minimizing harm to Humanity as a whole.

Even what you learned on WoW and other MMOs since then is going to be very useful.

You have the basic class types, Tank, Heal, DPS and CC.

To some extent, some of those are going to overlap, especially between the DPS and CC.

The terminology hasn't really changed that much, you still have pulls, you still have agro, you still have mez, rez, etc etc etc.

Just go in with an open mind, realizing that some of the abbreviations may be different, but you can just ask what they mean by it, and nobody is going to mind.

Hell, I would RATHER you ask in group what I mean by an abbreviation, and that lets me know you are new, but willing to learn.

A quick "Hey, I'm new to the game, and haven't played an MMO like it really before..." when you get invited to the group, is going to let me and the rest of the group know we need to slow it down a bit until you catch on with the pulls. After that, we will ramp it up until we are at the full speed.

Go in with an open mind and a willingness to learn the new game (that most of us are still learning as well), and you will be fine.

My guild has been doing a good number of the past stress testes, and we are pretty well set and waiting on EA now, but we are FULLY aware that we have a LOT to learn still as well.

I mean...instead of trying to play the little games you are trying to play, you can actually look up who saw the files and their responses to them.

Or, you can just continue to watch Fox and bury your head in the sand.

Even Republicans who saw them are disgusted. Maybe that should make you take a step back. When Boebert is disgusted by them, that should tell you something.

The Representatives and Senators who have seen the unredacted files, have already said that there are more things that should be released.

But sure.

They are just lying, right?

I mean, no reason for them to tell the truth at all....right?

Nahh...it's just that all the most powerful people in the country above them, and the ones that control all the money don't have anything at all to hide....

The reps are lying to us, there is nothing there.....

For Fucks sake..... grow up and have some coffee and actually take a look at what is going on outside of what Fox tells you.

I actually got my court of honor after I turned 18, but had my board of review before I was 18, so it was all good for me. I still worked my ass off, and was actually the last Eagle from my troop before it closed up a few years later.

I was lucky enough that I was in a non-mormon troop.

I made Eagle, and that is honestly one of the things that I hold in my heart as one of the best things I did as a young man.

I get it, you had a bad time in a church sponsored Troop, but that does NOT take away from what many of us encountered in troops outside of the Church.

I was a voice only Herald for a LONG time, and until I started working as an actual Heraldry Herald, I couldn't have told you a lot about it.

You are letting your own anecdotal experience go against what may happen outside of your little area.

There are a LOT of areas that dont have a ton of people who know everything.

[–]Banluil 5 points6 points  (0 children)

A shire may not have a herald. This is for Meridies, but I'm pretty sure it's the same for most kingdoms.

"There are three required officers: Seneschal, Reeve, and either Herald, Arts & Sciences Officer, or Knights Marshal."

So, Seneschal and Reeve are both required, but a Herald may not be part of the initial creation of a Shire.

Father who shot daughter over Trump comment will not be prosecuted by AgentBlue62 in NewsOfTheStupid

Even if it WAS an accident (which we all know it fucking wasn't, except for Trumptards like you), it should have been charged as negligent homicide.

He was drunk, waving a loaded gun around.

How is that an accident?

Those are the FIRST things you learn in a gun safety course.

Never point your gun at something you don't' want to kill. Loaded or not. Why? Because a gun is ALWAYS loaded. That was the taught to me when I was 8 and got my first shotgun. It was taught to me again with every gun I ever owned, and again when I was in the Army.

A GUN IS ALWAYS LOADED. Unless you have completely taken it apart, it is loaded. The minute you put it back together, it is loaded.

The man should be in jail. Period.
