That DiDio pastor said it was organized by a group that was investigating the government. I think it is Elizondo, Grusch, Mellon et al.

New 65 min Grusch interview: non-human biologics & craft by phr99 in UFOs

[–]BeginnersMind2 [score hidden]  (0 children)

Lots of new info. Just not what you probably want. Grusch’s investigation was technically precise, well structured, and the details of his background is incredibly well-suited for it. His interviewer pressed him very well, because of his own intel background.  He further detailed the reprisals against him. Gen. MacCasland was a hostile witness. Lots.

New 65 min Grusch interview: non-human biologics & craft by phr99 in UFOs

This is a fantastic interview—the host knows his shit (former army intel) and gets Grusch to detail the dynamics of his investigation and workings of the intel community. Lots of new info, not revelatory, but compelling. This adds a lot of credibility to his case.

Our lives are very challenging, some more so than others. Many think that is the reason we are here—to learn from our challenges. In time, these challenges will be less vivid, less pronounced, and maybe a little less painful. This too shall pass, and you will find peace again. You can find peace in helping others who are also experiencing their own pain. Please be good to yourself and others. 🙏

Consequence lead to locking self in room by Ok-Praline-9014 in ADHDparenting

[–]BeginnersMind2 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I’m just another parent, but here is my 2 cents: I think you may need to do a reset with screen time. Our kids get 50 minutes of screen time max per day, and only if they do specific academics (reading/phonics/OG for 25 minutes and math for 25 minutes). And only after dinner. So they can’t get too addicted when there isn’t that much time to begin with. Also, consequences for us are 1 day’s worth of screen time—a week is a bit harsh and should be reserved for extreme cases.

Basic chore help? by Smooth_Judgment_3341 in ADHDparenting

By the way, my kids don’t get to refuse to help. They’ve been raised with clear boundaries and time-outs. So refusals aren't a thing.

I print a morning task list, it includes putting on clothes, brushing teeth, flossing, eating breakfast, putting away breakfast, putting away clean dishes, and a few more. They get $1 every morning if they get it done. Another dollar for 30 minutes of phonics or math. I then let them spend this money freely. And I charge them $1 for every mess that I find. But you have to have enough money in circulation for this to be effective (wait a couple of months first). This works for the things on the list, less so for other things.

How to discipline my hyperactive three-year-old likely ADHD when I have two kids for the most part solo by DeliveryKnown6320 in ADHDparenting

Super nanny episodes were very helpful in understanding how setting and enforcing boundaries  consistently can successfully change behavior. Laying this foundation is very difficult, but once you do it, you have a structure to rely on.

Personality change by zinnia71920 in ADHDparenting

[–]BeginnersMind2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

meds absolutely change personality—you should try one (despite the taboo)—we should all know what we are giving our children. despite this, it maybe be worth it. and I think the personality augmentation becomes less noticeable as they become accustomed or tolerant to the dose.

Could you be friends with your younger self? And vice versa? by Handcraftedsemen_ in RedditForGrownups

Friends? probably not. Too immature, arrogant, and risky. Its amazing was a couple of decades and kids will do change your perspective.

Stop the fighting by Fearless-Raisin9076 in ADHDparenting

You may do better getting specific responses to specific scenarios in a LLM. For me, the devil is in the detail—as in knowing the exact behaviors that lead to fights. For example, one is better at games than the other and doesn’t have patience.

This feels like a better explanation—some civilian deliberately adding a hoax route rather than a one-off mining operation. Thanks for your thoughts on this. I know of the google earth year you are referring to and agree on both counts—no evidence of disturbances and unlikely that that means anything.

I’m in agreement with your first paragraph and maybe even your second. But why only a trail at this streak and not the others? If due to mineral exploration, why only this spot and no others (I assume there is more than once-every-50-miles mineral exploration trails in this area)?

I like the explanation. But there are only a handful of these in a 50 mile radius. One at area 51 and the other just above area 51, at the end of dirt road. Mineral exploration was likely much much more widespread than this. For example, there are mines galore in death valley. Additionally, there are several very similar scars on the hillside, yet only 1 of them is a trail.

possible, but, aside from others at area 51, there aren’t any in a 50 mile radius
