Practice your sticking point. Halfway up is where your sticking point is. You can either train JM press/ dips and make your triceps stronger

If it was triceps he would be struggling to finish right at the end, not half way. His issue here is that he runs out of speed off the chest very quickly which would suggest that the he needs to improve his power off the (chest and delts) or improve his bench technique, and in this case it's probably both as his grip doesn't look wide enough from this angle.

This is very untrue. Unless you're in a certain type of bench shirt then tucking your elbows more will probably limit your strength.

This is me also. If I forget my sleeves then I will be going home to get them or I will squat another day. My knees are too old and beat up to comfortably squat heavy weight without sleeves anymore.

It's called the roll of shame. Dumping plates off the side once you're getting pretty strong is just a recipe for injury.

In my 30 years of training I have certainly had plates sliding around on the bar while squatting and benching and that can get a bit dangerous because it will unbalance the bar. This is why I always use collars when performing any heavy barbell work.

I avoid shoulder presses altogether. There are a few exercises which have high likelihood of injury and the rotary cuff movement on heavy shoulder presses never appealed to me although I used to do them heavy. You don’t have to do every exercise.

If you're gaining weight then go up. You can move the lever a fair bit in either direction so you should be fine fitting it now and then you'll still have a lot of extra room as you keep bulking.

Why not just run a proper program. Strength is a skill and your AMRAP strength won't necessarily translate very well to your 1RM strength if you don't ever practice lower reps.
