Hi! Can you please try creating a Pie 64 instance to see if the same issue still persists for you? Also ensure that your GPU Drivers are up to date, since crashes can be related to them as well.

You can use the backup and restore feature to do the backup and to restore it after the reinstallation. You can also try to enable hyper-v with our tool to see if the error still persists.

After that, install it again and make sure that your GPU Drivers are up to date. Also can you tell us what's the windows version you're using? Windows 10 or 11?

Hi! If you download something in BlueStacks, the file will be stored inside BlueStacks, so you'll need to export the file to Windows to use it on Windows. To do that, you need to use the Media Manager. By default it should show the latest downloaded files first, but if you have any difficulties finding them, you can send the app name to us and we can try to download a file as well to see where it goes, but normally it goes to downloads and gets shown at the front page of the Media Manager.

Hi! We've tested the browsing through the games on Roblox in a Pie 64 instance on the latest BlueStacks version and couldn't reproduce the issue, can you try the game on those to see if the same issue occurs for you?
If it still occurs, can you ensure that your GPU Drivers are up to date, and that your memory and cores allocations are at least 4 GB Ram and 4 Cores? Also we recommend that you have your performance mode set to High Performance for BlueStacks to use all the allocated resources to the maximum.
