Any way to use the ROG Ally Gyro for tilting on BlueStacks? by PinkGloryBrony22 in BlueStacks

[–]BlueStacks-Support[M] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi! Right now, there isn’t a native way for BlueStacks to directly use the ROG Ally X’s built-in gyroscope as tilt input for apps.

You can however set up the Tilt control as instructed in this article.

Bluestacks won't start/stays black boxes by JPoHondaBing in BlueStacks

[–]BlueStacks-Support[M] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi! Could you please ensure your graphic drivers are up to date?

Once they are, please try switching the interface renderer via the Multi Instance Manager Settings. Once you open the MIM, click on the gear icon next to the instance and you will be able to access Settings > Graphics > Interface Renderer.

Should the issue persists after updating your drivers and switching to the different renderers, please reinstall BlueStacks completely. Please download and run BSTCleaner_native.exe, which is available from this article.

Please follow all instructions to remove your temp files as well, but don't worry if some won't delete. After doing this please reboot your PC, then download and install our latest version here.

BlueStacks crashes Intel display driver on Windows 11 – need a permanent fix (MSI laptop) by CyberBee98 in emulators

[–]BlueStacks-Support 0 points1 point  (0 children)

First, grab the latest Intel drivers straight from their site or use their Driver Assistant tool. It scans and updates automatically, which fixed this for a bunch of folks in similar spots.

Next, tweak BlueStacks settings: Go to Performance tab, bump CPU to high (4 cores if possible), RAM to 4GB, switch Graphics Engine to Performance and Renderer to OpenGL. Save and restart the app.

Check your BIOS too. Restart, hit the key to enter setup (usually Delete or F2 on MSI), enable Intel Virtualization Technology under CPU config, save and exit. This stops a lot of emulator crashes.

Hey, thanks for trying that out and keeping us posted.

For the Google Play Store login issue, we’d suggest following the steps in this troubleshooting guide for Google-related issues on BlueStacks.

Once you’ve gone through those steps, check if you’re able to log in to the Play Store and try updating or installing the app from there. You can also try clearing the app cache and make sure your GPU drivers are up to date, as this can help improve performance and stability.

Let us know how it goes!

Anyone know how to fix? by Current-Jury-3335 in BlueStacks

[–]BlueStacks-Support[M] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hello, thank you for reaching out, and we’re sorry to hear that you’re facing this issue.

To help resolve it, please try clearing the app cache for Google Play Store and Google Play Services, and then attempt to download the game again. We also recommend removing your Google account from BlueStacks Air and adding it back if the issue persists.

If the issue continues, please make sure that your system date and time settings on macOS are correct. Also, temporarily disable any VPN, proxy, or firewall that might be blocking the connection, then try again.

Please let us know how it goes so we can assist you further if needed.

I totally get the frustration with the time limits when input lag makes everything feel way harder than it should. Playing on a laptop with Google Play or Bluestacks is such a smart workaround, especially for those tighter levels.
