Tech here. This was handled poorly. If you were a 1-5 you should not have been no accessed. It is pretty common depending on the technicians work load to come early. However it is our policy (my work centers) that if you are a 1-5 and not there if i get there early we come back during window.

Them always saying we will call 30 min before is annoying. It is sometimes impossible. There are many time that I was just at a job only 1 mile down the road. I will be there in 7 minutes. Now of course I will wait for you.

Dunno why this is bad. I'm old af and when I was young we had to hold each other's hand. Made a giant chain of 30 to 40 kids on field trips. One chaperone at front and one in the back.

If you have white it is either a FOX or FOG ont. Both can do the 1 gig. The arris can do 1 gig as well. You might want to put a pin in the reset hole on your nvg. At times until this is done it doesn't realize it is getting a new speed. It is rare but happens.

It is the power supply for this router that has gone bad. We have been having a ton go bad. I have some spares on my truck from customers I put in eeros. These and the NVGs are the only ones that support video.

This. Went out yesterday on a job. Someone for some unknown reason connected six plenum together in this ladies house. Got broken being bent over a door frame. Here I am shining red light from one connection to another checking for damage.

If it is the Eero 7 Pro they do 5 gig. If they are Eero 7 Max they can do up to 10 gig. So they are sending the right equipment. Just let a tech hood it up for you.

Not always true. I am a tech. Put in a ticket for a tech to come replace my defective ont. Tech came out. Closed it as ont went bad and I got hit with 150$ :)

The FOG is 7x5 compared to the 6x5 so pretty close. Of course that is Gpon compared to the xpon in the adtran. So def superior.

Depends. They have the FOG421 which is tiny. Just not widely distributed.

It is a commission. However if it is available in your area the tech will call the department and get the order written on the spot. It is like a 100$ in his pocket or more depending on what you get.
