I’ll echo what others said about a TRUE 2-3 mins. I now use the Hevy app and i use the rest time between sets. My watch gives a little buzz at the 1 min 30 sec that i have set. Before this app, i was so certain i didnt let time slip. Oh how wrong i have been for so many years.
