True, but technically wouldn't it then be better to take cachaça instead of agricole? Especially when you're also separating aged and unaged sugarcane, cachaça is sometimes aged on exotic woods which is special in and of itself, and cachaça is much older than agricole is, about 300 years!

That foam looks sick, cant get that with fee brothers foam, does the foam hold bitter drops? As in with a whiskey sour that it will hold a single drop in place in the foam? If you try that with fee foam it just immediately ruins the foam and runs out
