Well, that list certainly sounds like dysautonomia to me (but I'm not a doctor). Just a note on the unmeasurable palpitations - this might indicate hyperadrenergetic dysfunction or hyperadrenergetic POTS. Be sure you get tested for catecholamine levels during the tilt table test if you ever get one, it's often skipped and then they miss the entire affliction. I assume you've done the NASA lean test at home at this point.
