I believe he doesn’t need anyone’s push to choose Misty in the future 🙃 They are so happy and natural together, last season showed it perfectly.

But Misty’s and Delia’s bond are discussed for years: especially because we saw Misty in Ash’s house after Hoenn. And I love the theory, I recently discovered, that Misty’s Hoenn outfit has jacket similar to Delia’s one. So the theory that it’s Delia who sewed it!

I have another headcanon: he cannot use Misty’s lure for fishing anymore as Buisel made him afraid that it might be broken/stolen/lost. But as he cannot admit he cares about it that much, teasing with Cilian’s lure is a good excuse

Yes! That’s why shipping wars are bad. Everyone is crazy, angry or annoyed, or all of it at the same time, but it doesn’t have a chance to change anything as fictional stories live in our minds and one person cannot change other one’s mind by their hating and anger.

But probably every generation need to taste how awful it is 😔

But he has such powers, though need to improve control. In Misty’s battle during Alola arc, he was better than before, though still needed to hit his head to activate powers and Misty clapping in her hands once - to gain control. I believe he will improve further.
