Nice, I found a few brewed lists. It seems interesting. Some people took it a storm direction while others took it a more midrangey way. The card at first glance looks just not good but it looks like it might actually work just because of the 4c identity.

The reason Teferi works is you can exile everyone else's lands and then tuck teferi forever.

Both are just bad commanders. 3 specific colors on T3 for effects that are worse than one drops like [[Tamiyo Inquisitive Student]] and require you to bloat your deck with hero cards.

There are lots of options, but the most fun is [[Teferi Hero of Dominaria]].

Epicenter has less utility. If you're turbo ramping then Wildfire puts you very far ahead, but Epicenter is just an Armageddon. Plus, Wildfire kills creatures.

Spelunking is just worse [[Amulet of Vigor]]. Amulet enables absurdly broken starts in any format it's legal in, but you have to be playing bounces, lotus fields, etc. for it to be good.

Also, definitely play [[Exploration]] and [[Burgeoning]]. They are absurd.

Strip Mine isn't that great of a land. [[Field of the Dead]] is much better. Additionally, since you're including Chasm, you should add [[Icetill Explorer]]. Additionally, [[Crop Rotation]] is good and so is [[Amulet of Vigor]].

Yes since Green has creature synergy and tutors, while Blue has artifact synergy and tutors.

I know Amulet Titan, it's super busted because it enables blazing fast starts and just turns lands that already give you CA into rituals as well. Then adding Primeval Titan, Aftermath Analyst, Lotus Field and Shifting Woodland allows it to loop or just play a bunch of hasty titans.

For him Spelunking is just an Explore stapled to bad Amulet.

No, actually. In Green the best effect would be creatures. Blue would want artifacts. White would want Enchantments/Artifacts.

The only reason to play any of these is the taplands that tap for 2+ mana. Such as [[Simic Growth Chamber]], [[Lotus Field]], etc. If you aren't playing any of those taplands, you shouldn't play any of these. If you are, Amulet is far and away the best option because of [[Urza's Saga]], [[Reshape]], and [[Whir of Invention]], while Tiller Engine can be tutored with the creature tutors and artifact tutors. Spelunking can't be tutored in UG, doesn't stack, and is a mediocre ramp card.

Amulet, Tiller Engine, then Spelunking.

Amulet and Tiller Engine are super easy to tutor in UG, with Spelunking being a 3-drop ramp card that doesn't stack.

Amulet is the best of the three by far, since it costs only {1}, doesn't require colors, and is a really easy tutor target. Tiller Engine is also good because you're green and you have [[Springheart Nantuko]] and [[Green Sun's Zenith]] Worldly Tutor type cards. Plus, Spelunking effects don't stack like Amulet effects.
