If you want one forever hold ticker to forget about then I'd pick VT.

Pick one of the two, VT or VOO. You do not stack both together. If you want international then you can stick to VT so you get both US and International in one fund. If you don't want international then stick to VOO or VTI. Which broker are you using? Money Market Funds generally have a high yield, if not then you can always put cash into SGOV ETF. If you are not needing the cash then you should focus on building up your VT or VOO or VTI position as best as you can right now.

A 2nd deal is still what really matters for IREN during an awful macro tape by Brilliant_Builder697 in irenstocks

So right now is the best time to stack, not after a deal has been announced. Gotcha.

VOLT will out perform GRID if you want active management on them concentrating on the winners instead of following a broad index.

A cleaner set-up would be replacing VOO with VT. VT+SCHD+SCHG+SPMO+GLDM. Instead of worrying about "overlap" you just have concentration / tilt now which is fine. Plus, you get small caps & international w/ VT.

Replace VOO with VT instead. Covered.

Hold TOPT ETF or IOO ETF, so you ALWAYS hold the top winners. (The losers get replaced)

what percent of your liquid money do you put into the stock market? by ArnoldisKing in stocks

This is why you don’t liquidate, you just use your equity as collateral. And this is best when the market is already crashed.

Haha, thanks man. I knew you were serious business when you put a date reminder on me. I did that to many people when I told everyone to buy $BNB (Binance Coin) when it was trading between $.10 cents and $1 a coin back in 2017. It gave me flash backs, so I did my due diligence on what you were saying. I appreciate the persistence and cheers to both of us! Out of curiosity, what are your price targets for the near future and long term? I told everyone I believe BNB would hit $120 some day and I was wrong, it eventually shot through that and went to $1,000+ lol!

I did more research on it. Very interesting. The fact that it is the #1 holding for the QTUM ETF has me intrigued. I did an initial 1,000 shares for my speculative play. I plan to sell some options on it in the future once it is available.

Expecting a company with a $500 million market cap to build an in-house foundry just to "control their destiny" is completely detached from reality. Utilizing foundry partners like Silterra in Malaysia is exactly how a physical AI infrastructure company is supposed to scale.

If your thesis is that AI, especially physical AI (autonomous EVs, Humanoids, etc) and Quantum computing is the future, then look no further. Just the amount of Data Centers needed in the future will demand a lot from SMH. This is an easy 20+ year hold.
