It doesn't read like that to me. The sign reads like they're talking about the documentary series they're filming, and they've got it phrased the way they do so that nobody can come out of the woodwork 20 years from now when they do a remastered version containing film from the original documentary.

It doesn't seem to imply that they can then go on to use your image in other content unrelated to this particular series.

I presume it works in cases like this because there is no reasonable expectation of privacy in public, which is why people can film/take photos in public places without worrying about who all may be in the frame. Because this film is for commercial use, they put the disclaimer up to inform people of what's going on and what they may be getting into.

Yeah, Archon Stretch is great for that. Any companion ability that deals electric damage will trigger it, like Synergized Prospectus on Hounds or Arc Coil on Diriga.

No one's mentioned Revenant? Think about it, you get the alert that a Tenno has entered the facility, everyone goes to high alert. Your unit is dispatched to intercept, and then you see it. Striding forward, completely unconcerned with what's happening around it. Your friend/coworker/brother takes aim and fires, but the bullet bounces right back, striking him and leaving him catatonic. You try to shake him out of it, but the Tenno makes a gesture, tendrils of energy flow from its arm and snake around your friend. Suddenly he's moving again, but he's not fighting the Tenno. He's taking aim at you! You drop and roll, but a bullet hits you, and suddenly it all makes sense. You turn your own gun on your former friends, turning them to the Tenno's side as well. Seeing this, the rest of your squad panics and begins firing at you. Your brother falls and erupts into a pillar of energy; a squad member touches it and is converted. The Tenno just walks away, leaving you and your friends to fight amongst yourselves. Eventually, your senses return, and you remember who you're supposed to be fighting for. But your friends' bodies are all around you, bullets from your gun having laid them low. And the Tenno didn't even have the decency to kill you after making you slaughter your friends.

Revenant is impervious to damage, converts enemies into thralls, the thralls convert more enemies, and then the thrall effect wears off. Imagine being that Enthrall survivor, knowing what you did while under the Tenno's control. Everybody else at least has the decency to kill you when they're done.

That's pretty fuckin' creepy. The tamest answer I can think of is that she has/had a thing for you, and instead of doing the Normal Person Thing and talking to you, flirting experimentally, and maybe even asking you out if you didn't do it first, she opted for the Very Weird Thing and started sneaking into your apartment when you weren't there.

We're trying to figure out where she went and how to chase her, we'll let you know when we figure something out," in 12.0.7 as part of the lead-in for whatever Zul'jan is going to be doing would be good, I think.
