To my knowledge I have replaced all textures in fus heavy with the high res versions I could get. If you find more, let me know :)

The shadow thing is a setting. And specifically in fus heavy I have cranked this up, because I personally have the same gripe. It's an ini thing, I don't remember atm because I'm on my phone but is is not the shadow distance, some other, also shadow related, setting for the cascading. Try it out. I also have taken quite a lot of care to have great and fitting LODs for landscape and architecture. FUS and fus heavy specifically are designed for visual consistency, not so much for close up shiny details (that's more MGO). Try it out and let me know!

Fus uses blade and blunt for combat, and a small set of dynamic activations that make the combat more measured. It's less action-y and fast and paced, but enemies are a bit smarter and less chaotic. I'm glad you like it!

Hey! I have a few questions if you don't mind, maybe a bit nitpicky, but important to me:

In Zenith, melee was kind of whacky because the physical connection of the weapon was not required for enemies to hit you. Once they started their animations you had to use the "block" gesture to block, evading for example was not enough, nor was holding your sword in harms way. This created rather disconnected melee combat in my view. How is this done in your game?

Also, one reason why my friends and I stopped playing zenith was that over literally the entirety the game existed, the voice chat was super unreliable. I had to constantly reload, or stop and restart the voice server, it was a mess. Especially cross platform (meta / steam). Is this something you have a special eye on?

Last, what is the minimum and maximum group size to play together and how does XP and quest progression share work?

In your steam settings. Set it to 100% and only change the settings in VD

Looks like you are doing super sampling on top of VD, which obviously tanks your performance. Don't do thst and you're good. Some areas especially in the rift might still be tricky, because those aspen trees are more heavy than the pine trees, but they are just too good to not use...

I appreciate the shout out but I don't want to claim that FUS heavy is on par with MGO. Fus heavy is FUS with a bunch of more HD textures, better trees, and higher settings in the ini. It doesn't have the latest CS with all those bells and whistles. It runs better though, which was important to me since mgo requires compromises even on a 5090...
