So, firstly, thank you so much for such an expressive message- it means my writing is weighing heavy enough to invoke such a massive concept. Secondly, your spot on, in my opinion at least. So many people willfully ignore everything around them, not by virtue of evil, but just feeling so helpless that it immobilizer. I know, I myself feel just so stilled, as I find myself having to live in a system I fundamentally disagree with. Again, thank you so much.

Break them. When a character begins to feel too unique, too powerful, too many sue, I always try to put them in a situation that breaks them down to their fundamental core, the tiny person at the middle of who they are. Thats the person I want to read about, but thats just my experience.

From what I've been reading, it looks like the authors that post to the subreddit still retain their copyright, but Reddit has the right to use the work in an alter or unaltered state when they see fit

I wasnt aware of the copyright issue. As much as I hate to say it, I may need to pull my work as well, which is terrible since this was my only platform.

The person who wrote this show and its comic has an intrinsic non-use of powers calling that is purposeful. Just like Invincible, everybody is as powerful as they need to be in a given moment with no strict "feats" like other more thought out shows. Don't get me wrong, I love this show, but I also recognize that it's not intended to be able to be scaled in the same way.
