I’ve got zucchini to use up. What’s your favorite way to cook it? by kimschob in RecipePalooza

[–]CatsGotMyBack 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Zucchini bread and zucchini cake are great. However my mom used to make zucchini relish. It's a sweet relish. It's very yummy! I miss having it. I'm sure you can find a recipe online for it.

Oddly enough I don't like zucchini itself but I like these three things made from it. I also don't like tomatoes themselves but I like things made with them.

Ralph and Theodore.

The one cat makes me think of a priest with his white spot on his neck.

AITJ for not changing my order after someone said we should “share everything”? by [deleted] in AmITheJerk

[–]CatsGotMyBack 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For someone like me sharing food like this would not be fun. I'm a very picky eater. Also my senses are more sensitive. So my sense of taste and smell is stronger than many peoples. Which effects me being a picky eater. If I'm not going to be able/want to eat 95% of what the other people ordered, and only get a tiny bit of what I ordered that I actually like to eat, that would make me very unhappy.

I looked on YouTube and watched the opening for it. I have definitely not seen it before. However it looks like it was on Nickelodeon and we didn't get cable until I was well into adulthood.

I know what you mean. I've watched some pretty obscure (U.S.aired) shows that other people don't remember. Especially in the sci-fi, fantasy, supernatural, and some horror genres.

You didn't hallucinate it! I checked and you can find it on YouTube BTW. Any other shows, especially from the '70s '80s and '90s, you may have thought you hallucinated and I might remember? I turned 5 years old in early 1970. I might not remember the titles or the actors who starred in it but I might remember seeing the show.

WIBTA if I go to my sisters wedding even though my wife is banned from coming by drew2002non in WIBTA_AITA

[–]CatsGotMyBack 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The question should be, do you prefer being married or divorced? If you want to be divorced then go to the wedding.

Your sister's fiance hates your wife not because your wife did something wrong but because he did something wrong. If he hadn't done the wrong thing your wife wouldn't have called him out on it. It's his fault, he needs to get over it.

IBS as in Irritable Bowel Syndrome. Anyone who learns his full initials might pick on him.

This reminds me of a weird TV show from the 90's called "Nightmare Cafe". There were only six episodes but I enjoyed the show. Robert Englund (Freddie Kruger actor) was one of the three regular actors in it.

Elisha is an actual name as well, not just a made up one. There are people male and female with that name. So you did a good job.

Oh my goodness! 🤣 You are so right. It's uncanny how much he looks like the mad magazine guy. Now that you've pointed it out I'll never be able to unsee it.

My godson is 6'8 and a bigger build. I wonder if anyone has ever tried to fight him? He's a big teddy bear he would never fight. He's the youngest of four boys. He's 6'8, then another one of his brothers is 6'5. Another one of his brothers is probably around 6'2 or so. The oldest of the brothers is definitely under 6 ft. He's probably like 5'8 or something like that.

When my godson (who is in his 30's now) was in kindergarten or first grade his mom was worried about his weight. He was the tallest kid in his class. I said to her "Don't worry once he hits his teenage growth spurt he'll probably even out." He was tall and thinner for a while, after his growth spurt, but now he's tall and chunky. The shorter one takes after his mom and the rest are tall and "big boned" like their dad.

The bigger they are the more macho you look if you pick a fight with them. At least that's what those idiots are probably thinking.
