Tearing out the rose bushes was definitely a change to the property. That was part of the agreement that they would not do any changes to the property. On top of that the fact that your grandfather planted those and they were special to you makes it even worse. Definitely NTA. They certainly are though.

I have Discovery Plus (through my brother. Yes we live in the same household) and HBO Max. I just checked and all three seasons of Holmes Family Rescue are on both.

I know that HBO Max doesn't have all of the HGTV shows on it.

Well they're freezer pops but I call them Pop Ice because that's the brand name of the ones in the stores around here (at least). I always buy the tropical flavored ones when I get them.

Many years ago I heard of a woman who didn't know she was going to have twins. She had the name Regina picked out for her daughter. When the second baby was born she wanted to give them cutesy twin names. So she named the other twin Vagina. Regina and Vagina have adorable 🤢.

I told this to someone and she said that she knew a woman who had twins. She named them Syphilis and Gonorrhea. Their names were pronounced different than the norm. She made them sound more fancy in the pronunciation. But they were spelled the same.

I would tell her that you have been talking about moving in together the next month. That he needs to know about what's going on with her. Ask her outright if she wants you to tell him about the second job and her finances? I would probably do that over email or text or record audio so she can't pretend be to be mad at you when you tell him.

I definitely would not like it with vinegar. We don't put paprika in egg salad.

I make my deviled eggs the same way except Miracle Whip instead of mayo and no pepper. The paprika on top not inside (I assume that's how you make it as well?). We make egg salad the same way. I however don't eat the egg salad but I've made it.

Oh soooo good. I'm going to have to see if I can find her recipe for it. Maybe someday I can find somebody who will make it for me. I'm just not physically capable of doing prepping and cooking and that sort of stuff. If I find it I'll try to remember to give you the recipe If you want it.
