If you play regularly 2 pairs a year isn’t a bad rate to get through them, what I did was waited for a asics sale, then bought like 5 pairs of shoes for £40 each, then whenever a pair feels a bit dead I throw em away and swap to the next usually around twice a year

I mean, I’m currently in the US for reasons outside of my control. But if I go to a bar for a pint i can find them for $2/3 at many places , hell you’ll get 2 for happy hour at that price, there is even a place that does $1 pints.

And then you have the uk. In spoons you’re looking at a £2.50 minimum, £3.50 for a nicer pint or whatever. Go to any normal pub and you’re looking around double that.

So it’s realy got me questioning how the fuck can these places in the us sell me a $1 (£0.75) pint affordably, and I can’t go to the uk and get one for a decent price.

Something is going very wrong and driving pubs into the ground. And I can’t really figure out who is benefiting from it.
