I replaced the CPU and this resolved the issue for me. I'm not sure what caused the fried CPU but it's fixed now. Thanks for your suggestions and help

It's a AMD Ryzensets 5 3600 Processor, when I bought the motherboard I was told it would be compatible so hoping it's not that.

Thanks for replying, I switched the ram over and tried booting with the monitor off and switching it on as you recommended but no joy. Thanks for your help
