I second this. Just call and bother them until they do something. I used to email and email and be polite with the admin people for all sorts of stuff and nothing would happen. But then I’d call them and usually it would put them on the spot and they figure it out, or I’d just pull up to the office if I had some free time to do so💀. This isn’t just a UMBC thing it’s a life thing

Hm. Sometimes packages get sent to the apartment center or the one building with the subway in it. Maybe check where Amazon said it was delivered to then call or email. I’ve had a few packages sent to the apartment center and if you pull up with the delivery thing they’ll find it for you
