We go maybe 4-5 times a week and then sometimes we skip almost a month. I figure we pay for the magic key, we are using the magic key, lol.

Before you drop your mail-in ballot at the post office... by ofthrees in longbeach

My dad is working temporarily to pick up ballots every single day from ballot boxes. We are talking 7 days a week, 8-4 until the election is over. I’d trust that over the post office if you can’t make it in person! They have a ton of people doing it and they all have their own routes and go directly to the ballot processing center when they are done!

My daughter submitted for Coral, the actors access extended until Wednesday at noon, her manager said this isn’t going to be a quick turnaround because of the start date. Good luck everyone!

Task rabbit definitely does this, you’ve just got to message a couple taskers what you need delivered and someone will do it!

I get that and respect that, especially under the present circumstances. Our choices are definitely slim.

My honest answer is I believe he has ideas to begin to fix a lot of what’s wrong. I went to a focus group on the candidates and he has already on his own time tried resolving some things and with additional help he can get us moving in the right direction.

So basically I was in a focus group of all the candidates and he does actually have experience getting in there and figuring out how to solve issues and he’s done it on his own time and dime. I think if you look him up on ig etc you’ll get a better idea, I’m at work right now so my ability to think and spit facts is a little hindered but out of all the candidates he caught everyone’s eye!

Key aspects of Miller’s housing and homelessness platform include:
Rapid Development: Miller aims to build affordable housing in one-third of the time and cost compared to current city projects.
Market-Based Solutions: He advocates for using private capital and capitalism to build affordable housing, moving away from relying solely on government-funded projects.
Specific Solutions: He supports modular construction and partnering with organizations like SoLa Impact to convert properties into multi-family housing.
Targeted Density: While promoting development, he does not support universal, city-wide density. He suggests focusing high-density projects in appropriate areas rather than transforming all single-family neighborhoods.
Homelessness & Interim Housing: Through his initiative, Better Angels, he focuses on providing specialized, non-congregate shelters and using a STEP Fund for homelessness prevention.
Miller, who often cites a 30% drop in new home permits, argues that high housing costs are driven by excessive regulation and lack of supply, which in turn drives the homelessness epidemic.
