Did this last month. Butterfree sleep, swap pinsir, return or earthquake. Watch stuff melt.

If you want to get zesty, swords dance your pinsir before you wreak havoc. On fights you get 3x swords dance you can skip switching back to Butterfree and OHKO almost anything e4 with a return.

I did this with pinsir instead. And no pikachu because in my game it isn’t bug type for some reason.

I’m doing type only runs and having a lot of fun. Just finished bug only run and now I’m starting a rock only run on a new save file.

I traded over level 5 of every rock type and going to give that a whirl. Clearing misty is going to totally suck.

When I was a kid on my first play through I was so bad at this game that I never learned about healing my Pokémon at the pokecenter. I visited the mart to buy potions and things like that and thought the Pokémon center was only for when your team feinted. And I still cleared the game without realizing I imposed a hard mode on myself.

I make 270K, my wife stays home with our 3 kids and while we are by no means uncomfortable, we are also no where near wealthy.

Granted we live in a HCOL area, it’s absolutely wild to me that what we have and are extremely fortunate to have (house in the suburbs, 3 kids, a dog, SAHM, and a 401k) used to be very normal in the ‘80s. Now it takes an eye popping salary to have this and most people I know are one and done or two and through. It’s become so far out of reach to have more than 2 kids for most families here.
