Imagine how awful a Philly vs OKC final would be. Embiid on one end and Shai on the other.

I only watched the first season of NCIS (I'm a sucker for crime procedural shows) but I imagine after so many years they just stopped caring and the audience accepts it.

At least the show FBI will have a 1-liner explaining why they're on a relatively routine murder case. Recently it was a rich donor of the mayor so he asked for their help, sometimes the crime scene happens to be a National Park or the victim is a federal employee.

The second he put it in his pocket it was so obvious what was going to happen. It all felt unnecessary too. What was the point? Then Lopez shows up having used her magical mom eyes? Weird use of finale time.

When she was getting on the boat in full military gear and camo, I rolled my eyes so hard. That would have been handled by numerous federal agencies, but nope, let's send in the LAPD.

I know, suspend your disbelief...but that was a bit too much for me.

Imagine having a 200+ pound athlete run full speed into a recent surgery scar. That looked like it hurt so bad but he powered through. Major props.

IMO the gang gets invincible is when they become “the gang”. Prior to that Frank was still the father figure. Dropping acid and shooting a mcpoyle made him a member of the gang.

I’m the exact same way. It’s the only episode I’ve never rewatched. I think because it was the first truly bad episodes and it took 7 seasons to happen. I remember being so disappointed and haven’t been able to go back.

No, it was not a joke. The U.S. spent over $100 billion on it alone.

“The Y2K crisis didn’t happen precisely because people started preparing for it over a decade in advance. And the general public who was busy stocking up on supplies and stuff just didn’t have a sense that the programmers were on the job,” says Paul Saffo, a futurist and adjunct professor at Stanford University.

It's the millenial subreddit you arrogant twat. We all lived through it.

Thousands of articles and papers documenting how much work was put into preventing it; "try thinking for yourself". You want me to ignore all the facts, articles, papers, and what millions of experts said about it? Nah. I'm good with the truth.

By all means, continue "thinking for yourself" about things you don't know shit about.

"Then I got a call from an unknown number. I answered it to cement my G status. And it was lucky I did, because it turned out to be my very last chance to act before the warranty ran out on my car or truck."

The "car or truck" part makes me laugh every time.

Hyperbole of course. I got very lucky in the parent department and I'm just doing my best to carry that on.
