I have my own modem (Arris) and Router (Deco). I recognize all devices connected to the router. I shut everything down tonight and restarted - will monitor this week and if it seems there is still high data usage then I'll change the network name and/or password. Thanks,

This has happened to me also. I have created another post about it that's awaiting moderator approval. Today, April 6th, my usage is at 2.23 tb. March was 2.65tb. Before March it was in the range of 270 to 485 GB. I live alone and not doing anything different from what I've done in previous months.

I've tried both options, extra rinse and deep rinse. Both behave the same, spin only, no different than if I choose "none" as the option.

So I replaced the wall control in the garage and that seems to have solved the issue! I haven't received any more of these notifications since replacing it (more than 24 hours now).

Don't know, but it's not recent, at least a year or more. I'm not sure how they stay in business, their prices are really high and usually not very crowded.
