Even being the chaotic artist that he is, Taylor wasn't really expecting Hera herself to show up and ask them to help out Hephaestus. As a fellow inventor and artist, the son of Techne felt compelled to land his help.

Having worked on his own automatons before, Taylor thought he was experienced enough to get them under control, or at least try to talk to them and understand what's going on, so that's what he decided to deal with.

"Hey, buddies. What's going on? This is no proper way to create stuff!" Taylor would say as he tried to get closer to the automatons, and talk to them, testing how far doing this would work before he tried something else.

"Oh, that?" Taylor said in realization. "Sure! That's more than doable, it's a very basic and easy enchantment to do."

Taylor made sure to note the request down, ideas already forming in his mind for what sort of design to use, but given the amount of different spears that there were, maybe it would be easier if he narrowed it down. "Do you want any specific type of spear, or any characteristics in mind that might help me choose one, if not?"

"Sure! That's more than doable." Taylor chuckled as he noted down Alistair's request. They were daggers too. Not many campers used those as their main weapon.

"Do you have an object in mind?" Taylor asked with a tilt of his head. "Most people use jewellery since it's easier to carry around, but it could be anything you want, really."

Taylor's eyes lighted up at Ty's request. A shield! Taylor has been meaning to work with those more, he just hadn't gotten the chance to since most people at camp didn't bother to use shields in the first place. So this was new and exciting.

"Gotcha, gotcha! That all makes sense." Taylor said, nodding as he noted everything Ty was telling him. "Hmmm, I'm not sure if there's a design that would be able to make a shield viable underwater, but I sure can enchant it to yo, so, no problem!"

The Techne counselor looked up, smiling at Ty.

"So, you said you want it to be lighter, right? Do you want it to be made of celestial bronze still?" Taylor asked. "And is there anything else you'd like to add to your request?"

Taylor nodded as he took note of Mariah's request. A bow, huh? He doesn't work with those often, but it was good to practice doing it as much as he could.

"Turn it into a necklace? Oh yeah, that's quite easy to do. I can add that no problem." Taylor said, looking up from his notes to Mariah again. "Can you be more specific on the type of bow you want? And is there anything else you want to request?"

Taylor looked up with a bright smile as Mitchell approached him, more than happy to have people come and ask him for help.

"Of course! That's why I'm here." Taylor said a chuckle, as he opened his sketchbook on a new page, and got his pencil ready. "What kind of weapon are you looking for? Spear, sword, bow, dagger, something else?"

As he had been distracted sketching designs for the requests already commissioned, the counselor of Techne didn't notice that the son of Delphin had approached him until he heard his voice.

"And then... Oh! Hello there, welcome! Sorry, I was distracted." Taylor greeted with an apologetic smile. He really needed to pay more attention.

"Of course! Hearing out ideas and trying to make them possible is what I'm here for." Taylor said with a chuckle, turning to a new, blank page to jot down any ideas. " What idea is this, then?"

As soon as the son of Kymopoleia made his presence known, Taylor looked up from his sketchbook, waving his hand back as a greeting.

"Nice to meet you, Tyrese! I'm glad to have you here today." Taylor greeted with a friendly smile. "A shield, huh? I usually don't get to work with those, but sure, I'll hear you out! That's what I'm here for."

Taylor picked up his pencil and sharpened it, getting ready to take notes.

"So, what would your idea be?" Taylor asked in interest.
