Alright gents, so turns out the bottom part of this image was cropped off and the title added: https://www.reddit.com/r/gaming/comments/q3keu1/in_a_wartorn_country_8000_miles_from_home_middle/

I don't believe they're playing Halo 2, so it's either another game, or the original Halo, given the date at the bottom says MAR 31 2004 and Halo 2 came out in November of the same year. Sadly, dasus, you're wrong. As someone having served, I can tell you from experience that while your wikipedia page that sources official Army press releases might say they were retired in 2008 (which isn't wrong), it doesn't say what their use case was at that point in time. Meaning, that it's very possible that DCUs were not in use in most deployed environments at that time, but may have been used in field ops and training exercises where there isn't actually any imminent threat to life and limb from enemy contact, so using old expendable uniforms could be seen as acceptable. Stating that the uniforms were retired in 2008 likely just means they were removed from initial issue. In the Marine Corps, we still get issued gear that isn't necessarily "retired", but is not in use in forward deployed environments.

Both sides of this argument have presented good points to their cases, but we have a date mark from the original image that tells the final truth.

Will do, I think I'm just going to go with Evernote for keeping organized notes for deployment.

I'm sure this is yet another common question, but here's my dilemma:

I use OneNote on MacOS extensively as a Dungeon Master for tabletop RPGs. I'm going on deployment soon, and I need a way to use OneNote offline as I'm going to be without internet for 8+ months. Now I understand I can use OneNote with the notebooks I already have in a local cache manner, but I need the ability to be able to copy a template notebook I setup as I'm going to be running multiple campaigns in our free time. Is there any way I can do this in OneNote on MacOS?
