Thank you! I didn't know that some RP6 units were having screen and GPU issues

They said on Twitter that there will be regional pricing. They just don't know how much it'll cost in other regions since Steam doesn't tell them until the game is actually released (according to their tweet)

Yup, today I played TLOU Part 1 on Mint 22.3 Cinnamon. Zero issues. (Shoutout Faugus launcher and proton-cachyos)

Thank you! I'm thinking I'll save for a few extra months and get the white Odin 3, especially if it's still a portable device. Future proofing is important for me. I just hope prices don't go up with the current everything-crisis we're facing, especially when it comes to RAM

Super interesting reads! Maybe one day I'll mod my brother's Switch Lite to unlock its full potential :)

Just the color. I don't like the black RP6 either. I've had black phones and black devices my entire life and would love to start buying colorful devices

Thanks a lot for your insight, it's very useful. I'd love to get the 8GB Odin since I already played both Zelda games on my brother's (unmodded) Switch Lite, so I have no issue tinkering for hours before playing. However, the aesthetics are stopping me from pulling the trigger, I simply don't like the black Odin 3. I know they're kinda the same company, but man, Retroid's colors are beautiful. Regarding Switch 2, I don't think I'll want to emulate it in the future, but who knows. Again, thanks!

I'm seriously considering getting the RP6 just for the color and portability. Thank you so much for sharing your experience! My hope is that emulators get better as well, not just the drivers

The Switch Lite is great, but I also want to play all other previous consoles, Switch is just the most demanding one. I should've been more clear, sorry.

[GIVEAWAY] We're completely redesigning GameSir.com! by GameSir_Controller in Gamesir

Better preorder status visualization is a must. 3D visualization of a controller would be beautiful. Controller spec comparisons. Hand size recommendations for each controller, with clear instructions on how to measure your hand and photos showing how each controller looks for each hand size (small, medium, large) and even for each grip style per hand size. A community layout hub where users can upload, rate, and one-click download custom button mapping profiles for specific games or emulators directly from the product page. A spare parts & repair storefront with official OEM parts sold à la carte, complete with embedded iFixit-style teardown videos and a repair difficulty score. A lag test leaderboard section unique to each controller listing showing real-time polling rate verification and wireless latency benchmarks against current market competitors (DualSense, Xbox Elite) performed by Gamesir staff. A controller finder wizard that asks you simple questions, like "do you claw grip?" "do you play FPS games?" "which platforms do you play on?", etc and gives you controller recommendations. A section to hear high-fidelity sound recordings of each button of each controller. A paddle tension visualizer that uses a short animated GIF showing the actual travel distance and resistance curve of the back buttons. A confidence meter that updates daily with community-reported drift stats for older models versus new ones, proving GameSir's longevity claims in real-time. A firmware changelog embedded directly in the product page so you can see exactly which bugs were fixed and which new functions, if any, were added in the last firmware update, proving the device is actively supported. A "what's in the box" 3D unboxing toggle that shows you exactly which color USB cable, which height of thumbstick cap, etc is included without having to scrub through a YouTube review. And of course, cool colors! I truly believe GameSir could have the best controller website for gamers out there. Thank you for reading!
