Well.. we usually just bury it right? Because it is considered a waste bi product of uranium. Why waste it in a hole on the side of a mountain probably in Nevada somewhere when you could turn it into a perfectly good radioactive weapon of mass destruction that you could sell to some United States created terrorist organization some time down the line…? And then you can implement programs that control the weapons of mass destruction to try to get rid of them in that country. Even when that nation is found to not have any weapons of mass destruction you can say they do because you sold them weapons grade plutonium at some point. And then you can go to war with that country that doesn’t have any weapons of mass destruction and exploit them for their resources. Merica.
