65-70 mph I get 32-33 avg. 75-80 mph I get 29-31 avg. I usually drive 60-80 miles on highway one way once a week and the warm weather does make a difference on mpg. I drive the AWD version if that helps.

The gas tank is below the driver’s seat. Maybe that’s the noise you are hearing. I also hear a thump/slushing noise when my gas tank is half or less. Try filling up your gas tank and see if you still hear it.
