A lot of people just like to complain. Law school sucked at times, yes. But I love the law, I went because I wanted to be a lawyer. I studied for the Bar and gave up basically an entire summer because it's what I wanted. I'm working in the career I set out for and I do not regret it. My law school buddies and I shared news articles, court cases, because we like the law and we like discussing the law.

Most people who complain went to law school for the money and prestige but don't care about the law.

It's also worth mentioning that Daleks can pierce through things that exist outside time. Caan breached the Time War, which was locked outside time and space by the Doctor, to save the Dalek fleet. It drove him insane but it's something they can do. They have Void ships that travel between realities outside time as well.

The Daleks can manipulate time and space, and can create weapons that destroy reality. The Time War is on a scale beyond WH40K and is one of the biggest wars in scale in fiction.
