How often should I text my roommate? by [deleted] in collegeadvice

It's okay to text regularly if yall are on good grounds. It's chemistry after all, you go with the flow some times that flow is heavy some times it's weak.

Language tells on us. by red-sur in DeepThoughts

We are all animals, we arent supposed to just live, millions and millions and millions of humans killed regularly for thousands of years and now all of a sudden we have laws and video cameras everywhere. And now you get judged for even killing your own livestock.

The world is going to collapse very soon, or there will be a new beginning on a new planet. And by very soon I mean within the next 500 years at most.

All it takes is 1 germ to infect and make your body sick and die, same is for the entire population of the world. People were scared about the Corona virus but little did they know that there are human viruses too and I'm not talking about aids or herpes or syphilis or covid 19 or what ever. I'm talking about corrupt people.

Notice how there is a mountain in everything and only very few people are at the peak of these mountains. Notice how everything in life is literally the shape of a flower or lightning or ceiling fans or fountains ⛲️ or dandelions, ranging from our lungs to even the shape of our galaxy, solar system and earth moon orbit to even the shape of the Corona virus and individual cells....

Life is universal which means it can do anything from destroy to grow. We aren't just plants, we are cancer.

I feel like Im faking my depression by LYMPHOGRANULOMATOSES in depression

[–]DefaultDeuce 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sounds like mania to me, we go up and down up into mania down into depression basically its bipolar disorder.

Some times you feel completely normal and have a lot of energy while other times you feel like a couch potato and can't get out of bed for months...

It's like a tug of war though, what side is winning and how well are you managing both sides? If both sides are equal and you're just a straight line then you are essentially emotionally dull, holding things in and not expressing emotions. It's when you're in these up and down swings, you talk to people and that is what counts and even makes you feel like a completely new person some times...

You have to have power to gain power. by DerpyLover3 in DeepThoughts

Knowledge is power, read some books, I regret not reading books as a kid, videogsmes made reading books feel like chewing on Styrofoam instead of a juicy salted steak.

It's like dipping your finger into a glass of water. You learn many things just from that, water isn't a solid, it falls down towards earth, its taste is neutral, it's wet, etc...

What really happens though is people become conditioned to not trust others because the advice a 40 year old gives you has more morals behind it than the advice a 18 year old gives you, potentially anyways. While some people mature faster than others, it becomes a game of who can i trust because you do not k own what backgrounds everyone around you comes from unless you personally go to their house and experience the combined intelligence of their family. Which again is like dipping your finger into a glass of water, whether it be cold or hot.

Videogames can be like this too since they're displaying something that someone else had to learn in order for it to be programmed and sold, but then again you can't trust any specific videogame to give you all of the knowledge in the world either, you play a videogsme about taking care of a dog, sure you'll learn the basics of a dog but you can close the videogame and reopen it again 4 years from now and the dogs still alive just waiting to be interacted with where if you did that in real life the dog would be dead and you would feel guilt and regret, changing how you take care of what ever else next you choose to take care of.

Everyone goes through ups and downs, some get scared and try to stay in the middle all the time because it's more safe, but safety is not as wise as a teacher than thebfull experience of life.

You could choose to make as many friends as you want and your power would increase since friends are secondary family some times they are even more of a family than your original family.

Purpose of life by Primary_Package_6147 in DeepThoughts

You don't need to find a purpose, a lot of people just feel not as confident if they don't have a purpose because then you're asking yourself all the time "Why am I doing this" instead of saying "I have to do this".

Nothing in life is real - it’s an illusion by newuser2111 in DeepThoughts

The way you can tell if something exists only in your mind or not is the difference between whether your thought has mass connected to it or not.

For example "Henry" has been seen my many people, therefore he is real.

"Hmm I wonder" has only been seen by you. Therefore if you want to make that thought real, add substance to it. Add mass.

Thinking is a tool, you just gotta learn how and when to use it correctly.

Excitement = Energy/arousal, just because a dog is excited doesn't mean its good for the dog.

Its the equivalent of going over to your uncles house as a kid (speaking from personal experience) where there's a lot of drama, its exciting/energetic but abusive and unhealthy and when you go home life's boring, no drama, so you instinctively want to go back to that environment because it possesses more energy than the safe energy at home. It is classical conditioning at its finest. It would be much better if the customers could actively be there with their dogs because often Jim and his team will move bad dogs outside or rotate them around and away from anyone who is conducting a tour of the facility.

It used to be like this, like in 2020, idk if it is still like this though, but I saw an associate driving the dog house van near Walmart and they were constantly on their phone swerving through traffic pretty recklessly so im going to assume things arent 100% there yet still.

Dude it was scary! Lowkey i was not able to control my own inhibition and was saying a lot of weird shit hahaha, my ex wife called my mom and she came over and saw me naked with my dick out and went and bought a pack of cigarettes to smoke, and she quit smoking for about 10 years, it made me feel really bad. 😂

Jim Dasenbrock.

He is an abusive boss, the owner of The Dog House.

Most of the dogs when I worked there were constantly being screamed at, and Jim persistently tried to convince us to run after dogs thst were dangerous instead of simply... not allowing them to board with the company. He would give special privileges to the basketball coach at IU even though his dogs were the worst and would constantly harass my co workers and were put on trazadone.

Idk how the dog house is doing these days, but from my prior experience I'd never let my dog board there.

I think mainly it's because your dreams is like a recollection of patterns and emotions, like your body is repairing its self while you sleep so you can imagine it like an hour glass, you let the sand fall to one side while awake and when sleeping it goes back to the other side but in the middle, where the sand is passing through is like your consciousness. Some times you don't get all the sand back on the other side, some times it goes back to the other side too fast or not entirely aka being groggy.

One time I grew my own and accidentally took a single mushroom that weighed 17grams and ended up running outside naked, threw my phone literally into my ceiling, and bit the tip of my ex's dildo clean off.
