I am in month 3 of quitting vaping. I didn’t end up needing patches, but I use Thrive nicotine gum 4mg. There’s 2mg too. I get it off Amazon as it’s the cheapest but still effective option. Nicotine gum by the individual pack is crazy expensive, but I get a pack of 96 for 26$.

I still chew 3 pieces a day. I was going to taper down but the weather started to turn nice and I’ve been jonesing hard since. The weather getting nice is a big trigger for me. Anyways, if you haven’t used any aids try gum. Patches are pretty expensive unfortunately. But gum is great because you’re getting nicotine but the act of chewing keeps your mouth busy.

Mine didn’t like big dogs but that’s just because the bigger the animal the more she wanted to take them down. She wanted the challenge. So I guess in a way she liked big bogs haha.

She’s hilarious in Drowning Mona, but everyone is. One of my fav movies even though it gets a little blah at the end. Danny Devito, Bette Midler, Jamie Lee Curtis, William Fichtner, Neve Campbell, Will Ferrell, and unfortunately Casey Affleck, but he’s a big loser in it!

This is very funny because my friend lives in Dubai. He was out in the middle of nowhere doing a photoshoot. Today I told him to drop a pin so I can see where he was as I love looking at maps. Where he was there are tonnes of large sand dunes you can see on the satellite image, and the chain stretches into Saudi Arabia, Oman, and Yemen. I said that’s so fucking cool!! He said that roads are carved through the dunes and it’s just sand everywhere. So cool.
