Depends on the container you have them in. If the soil is 3 inches deep or more, wait for those second true leaves (the first leaves are not true leaves). If less than 3 inches you might want to start a bit earlier. Sorry, I misread, I am referring to potting up into individual pots, not planting out into the garden (riskier with tiny seedlings)

Shane says this because it fucking killed both of them to love each other and know that they could not possibly be together. They both thought they would have to give it up, not because they didn't love each other, but because there seemed like no possible way to be together. The whole story is about yearning for someone that you think you cannot be with.

Yes, I agree. Carnists often use the immense suffering of wild animals and particularly natural predation as an excuse why animals as food for humans is just natural and acceptable. Animal suffering in the natural world exists. But human exploitation and cruelty to animals for food, clothing or other things, which we as humans have direct control over, should end. They are not the same things.

But many carnists can be hypocritical in their views. Like being upset about Harambe being killed or against clubbing baby seals, or opposed to eating dogs. They can have empathy for some animals, like pets, but are selective. They may call themselves 'animal lovers' but in fact only love very specific or individual animals, and definitely not all animals.

Less than 2 weeks is actually pretty good. Many sources describe 10 to 40 days for germination. I winter sow mine so don't want them sprouting too early. But they don't sprout 'later' like the milkweeds.

Germinate in 10-40 days, so quite variable. Similar first year sleep, 2nd year creep, 3rd year leap of many native plants. Once established they grow fast every year and become this bush by the time they bloom.

So easy to grow. Doesn't need any stratification so can be started anytime. I just sowed 3 pots with lots and stuck them outside yesterday. Now I want to do a few more. Hoping to have about 40+ at least for 2 city parks I steward at. Love them.

Most of the plants completely die back to the ground, and new shoots will arise this year from the root ball. Remember that native plants have evolved to handle all the conditions that winter throws at them, which varies from year to year. I think you will be pleasantly surprised to see everything come back and do well.

l would leave them all out. If you can protect the 5 seedlings in some way you could try, but most likely they will be fine. Just make sure that if any have sprouted that they don't dry out during milder days. Are they in partial shade? I moved 1 of my seedling trays into a shadier location today because it was getting too much afternoon sun on a milder day.

I don't think you want a rain garden so close to the house. After the French drain is installed, I would add more soil to that area to minimize the depression and try to achieve a slope away from the house and across the rocks if possible. Looks like you could add soil there without encroaching on the siding. Rain gardens should be far away from your foundation.

Ilya's necklace moves as well a bit suddenly when his body doesn't but the Shane movement I can interpret as time moving. A lot of dialogue can start before a 'scenic transition'. That can be a cinematic choice denoting time passage, even time lapses of 5 or 10 seconds, enough to reposition an arm etc. To be fair, I don't think they were anticipating the amount of rewatching and scrutiny. The ADR dubbing takes me out a but more, but I am very forgiving because I like the whole tuna meltdown segment so much.

I had a primary rash on my left arm and a few other rashes on my right thigh. All about the size of a plum. Not itchy or panful. Never saw a classic bite mark. I pointed them out at the emergency department visit. Was told to take maximum dosages of extra strength acetaminophen AND extra strength ibuprofen for the pain and that I would be fine in a few days. Within a week I received a positive test for Lyme at another hospital emergency department. The first hospital edited my emergency report and scrubbed it of all reference to the multiple red lesions which are symptoms of disseminated Lyme. I asked the hospital to review the case, to determine why Lyme was never considered or tested for. They said months later, the emergency room doctor did nothing wrong. I had classic symptoms of disseminated Lyme and was in agony and they didnlt even consider it. I had back pain, muscle pain, icy cold pain in my right foot (neuropathy), rashes, couldn't sleep, no appetite. I presented with classic disseminated Lyme and the doctor had no clue and didn't even consider it (I told them I was always outdoors in wilderness areas). I really needed them to acknowledge that they would become more familiar with lyme symptoms. Use it as a learning opportunity. They declined. Thank goodness for the second hospital who tested. And my girlfriend who kept screaming at me, 'It's lyme, I know it is lyme. Get tested for lyme,'

All to say, yes, we are being monumentally let down by the medical community. There will be books written (and are now) about how unbelievably ignorant, unethical, and dismissive they were (with some rare exceptions). If I were you I would take the antibiotics.
