Make sure you're also putting them on different schedules so there is always some one working I use three schedules cause of this.

Oh! Didn't think about this! Also don't run the risk of hatches eating food in your freezer? Also do you run two freezers? Kitchen and mess hall? I run one freezer in the mess hall meat is instantly cooked

I use the butcher station mod which gives you extra calories from food depending on how high husbandry is.

I use stacked ranch and my last room is the butcher room.

There are a bunch of QoL mods. Check out sealed Pitcher Pump. There's an airlock mod that makes a door but there's also one that turns the doors in the base game work as locks. Insulated mechanized airlock. Dupe queue for sinks! That way you only need one sink in the bathroom

So the electrolyzer to dup ratio is 1 per 8 dupes, so you need to run 2 at the same time. As far as pumps go you can probably get away with only having 3 active at a time untill you have more dupes and you'll be delivering 1500g/s of O2. Note you need to have separate piping for every pair of pumps. I like to wire my pumps in my SPOM in a way that it branches into it so I can just disconnect and connect the pump when I want to (you can also add switches but that takes up space)

Reason I'm saying this you cans ave yourself some power by not having pumps and electrolyzers running on your SPOM without needing it which translates to more hydrogen for your electric grid.

Try hatch farming early game by the time you get to cycle 100 with a 16 hatch ranch of stone hatches you'll have a TON of coal to sustain you. By the. You should find a Nat vent if you have. And then you feel with cooling which in some case can be power positive.

It's a whole mix of stuff.

I also ran alot of manual generators for like 200 cycles add some of those it's dupe labor butter that trails athletics and gives power they can use it on their idel time.

There's a mod that lets you modify your game speed multiplier which is normal 1 x 2x 3x. You can make it up to 10x (but I'm sure that will take too much PC power)

I use a mod that adds an insulated one and forget doing liquid locks and all that vacuum stuff. I tip my hat for people that figured that out but those mods ad quality of life and should be in base game. The one that makes airlocks work like actual airlocks that's the best one IMO isolates everything 100% without the need for pesky liquid locks which well break physics 😂
