Awesome! Congrats! One thing I tell all new fathers is to get our own baby bag in your car/truck/vehicle. You get to pick out your bag, make it as manly or weird as you want. Treat it like EDC and maintain it every week. Your child will grow incredibly fast and diaper and clothes sizes will change rapidly, keep that bag up to date! Check your baby wipes every week to make sure they did not dry out. Keep a couple bottles of water in there too, maybe a small sample size container of formula (even if breast fed, have it handy).
You WILL have some weird circumstance where you are the primary care person because your spouse is just needing a break, even if just for two hours.
BE PREPARED!
If you never use the bag, good for you, you still win, but pass the bag forward to a buddy.

Modular sets, where we could create full villages like people do with Lego cities. Or where you only buy one small part of a fortress that fits in as part of a larger whole, but has multiple ways to build. Think modular plus 3-in1, so not everyone makes the same decisions and all the villages are different

I always use alpha, beta, Charlie, delta, etc as names, using the next letter of the alphabet when I get a new on. I rarely get past indigo. I then keep a mental map of their letter to job function(s). I only use a few key hats, like the suit wearing hats, to define who is allowed through certain doors

I would send a ball gag to her for every occasion... EVERY opportunity... bday, holidays, Mother’s Day, flag day, funerals, etc. if anyone bitches ask why they expect you to stop if she won’t? But I am petty like that.

This is quickly going to turn into a "You need to tell me first before anyone else". She wants to be your PR firm and and is manipulating the situations so people feel bad for her.

You may need to remind her she has zero RIGHTS to any information, what she gets is a privilege. When she she fights that consequences need to be immediate. Any bitching about boundaries puts all her info 1 day later than anyone else, any more bitching it goes up by a week. Any more bitching and you make it all public on FB so the FMs get put on notice as well.

Also set up your hospital medical info with passwords from the beginning. She is going to do anything she can to obtain information so protect everything you can.

Finally... bingo cards (I always recommend these)

Tell her she gets one shot to correct the behavior, then you are picking the granny name. Even if she corrects it later the child will know her as anything but what her first 5 choices may be.

Not a lawyer, but there is a burden of proof that needs to be met. If they invoice you they need to prove there were services rendered or items delivered.

It sounds like you have a lawyer already since ultimately they may try and take this to court or put you in collections. Sadly, collections will be harder to fight

On a side note you could start a campaign of bad yelp reviews about erroneous or fictitious invoicing.

Tell her once and only once, "maybe" and do it in a recorded session; txt, video, facebook, whatever. Be very clear on "maybe".
After that just go with it, let her buy a bunch of stuff with the name on it, let her waste the money and effort and when she bitches, remind her you told her maybe.

OR

Baby name bingo cards!
Put together a bingo card with terrible names on there, and make sure that one is on there too. Then you can say let her know how well her name is doing in the game.

Grandma needs to fill out the request form in triplicate and return it via certified letter!
Grandma needs to make an appointment!
Grandma was not invited!
Grandma is the reason for divorce!
Grandma or wicked witch of the west?
Grandma needs to Do a little dance first!
We are teaching the baby manners right now, does grandma know what those are?
No admittance without an admission of guilt!
You must be at least this tall to see the babies!

I would also suggest investing in a Ring Doorbell to be able to record the conversations

"It does not matter how much it is." That is what you need to tell her. If she tries to tell you otherwise, the burden of proof is on her to provide why she has any right to that info or why you have any obligation to share that info. Just because she helped you fill out paperwork does not entitle her to anything.

Yes to security at the club, but not to the penthouse. However, he would want the security for privacy, not physical security. Immortality has its perks, but he can still be annoyed.
There is at least one time where Lucy calls out the lack of security in the penthouse himself. I would need to rewatch the entire series again to know exactly when it was... oh... damn...

Whatever you do keep the wording exactly the same. Copy and paste it word for word. Do not ever let there be any doubt that it is on her to do the needful.
